Permanent Full Time Inner City of Sydney location Welcoming and Supportive Team Culture We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join a small but growing team delivering innovative IT solutions in Apple-first and hybrid environments for medium to large corporate customers. This role is hands-on and high-impact, focusing on stabilising systems, scaling technical standards, and solving complex technical challenges across Apple, macOS, mobility, networking, cloud, and creative workflows. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Apple-first and hybrid IT environments. Lead macOS and mobility deployments, including device and fleet management. Manage cloud services, backups, disaster recovery, and IT emergency responses. Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Apple, Windows, networking, and creative workflows. Create and maintain standards, documentation, and operational runbooks. Handle patching, software upgrades, and system monitoring for reliability and security. Plan and deliver IT projects such as office moves, server installations, and workflow improvements. Support creative workflows and integrate Apple systems with Windows environments. Provide on-site and remote support, scheduled maintenance, and priority response. Collaborate with the team to improve systems, processes, and service delivery. Key Requirements: Strong experience with Apple ecosystems (macOS, iOS) and mobility deployments Experience with device management tools (Jamf, Addigy, or similar) Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, Windows, and hybrid environments Solid understanding of networking, servers, storage, and security Experience with backup automation, disaster recovery, patching, and IT fleet management Skilled at troubleshooting complex technical issues, on-site and remotely Experience creating repeatable standards and documentation Familiar with creative workflows and integrating Apple with Windows systems High ownership and accountability Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Systems thinker who values simplicity, clarity, and long-term solutions Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small, trusted team Salary Package: $110K-$130K Base Super.
